WASHINGTON, Nov 15 (PRIME) -- The U.S. Department of Treasury has introduced sanctions against Kaliningrad-based Chlodwig Enterprises and Adorabella owning 43.7% in Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro, the authority said in a statement on Tuesday.
